Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. Braveni ships internationally to several countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery estimates below refer to transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. Order processing takes an additional 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product availability, customs clearance, carrier processing, and local delivery conditions.

Orders are shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners’ facilities to customers in the destinations we currently serve.

Carriers

Orders are shipped using international logistics partners and carriers, which may include DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable international shipping providers, depending on the destination and available shipping method.

Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partners and logistics network.

Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take a few days to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to packaging, availability, or logistical reasons. In such cases, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to the sender. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error after placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

Once the issue is confirmed with the carrier or logistics partner, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
