Shipping Policy
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Braveni ships internationally to several countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and selected European countries.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours, equivalent to 1–2 business days, after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, when available, so you can monitor your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product availability, customs clearance, carrier processing, and local delivery conditions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States are generally not subject to import taxes or customs duties.
For other countries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to packaging, availability, or logistical reasons. In such cases, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to the sender. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any error in your shipping address after placing an order.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@braveni.com.
Once the issue is confirmed with the carrier or logistics partner, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
